Grind Showdowns for MLB The Show 25 Stubs Packs and XP
Showdowns are single-player challenges where you build a team and complete missions.

Why they're great:

You get XP, packs, and stubs for each Showdown run.

You don’t need a great team to start — you draft your squad each time.

Completing Showdowns contributes to Feature Program progress, which unlocks huge stub rewards.

Tip: Even if you fail the Final Showdown, just doing the early challenges gives value.

4. Sell Everything You Don’t Use
Go through your inventory — equipment, unlockables, stadiums, duplicates. Most of these items:

Have no use if you’re not using that team or gear.

Can be worth hundreds to thousands of stubs each.

Sort by “Newest” or “Duplicates” and quick-sell or list anything extra.

If you don’t plan on collecting every item, sell it immediately.

5. Complete Collections Efficiently
Certain live series team collections offer stubs back as part of their reward path. Prioritize:

Low-budget teams with many bronze/silver players (like Marlins or A’s).

These can give 1,000–2,000 stubs and unlock early XP bonuses.

You can use stub profits from flipping to complete collections faster.

6. Daily & Weekly Objectives
Never skip the daily or weekly tasks! These often reward:

500–1,000 stubs

Packs

XP, which leads to stub milestones in the Feature Program
